24 hours for those on the frontlines of the anti-trafficking field
to rest, be refreshed, and leave equipped.
November 6-7, 2025 | Uncommon Church (Euless, TX)
Join us for worship, prayer, breakout sessions, good food, and giveaways! Expect opportunities for both solitude and community, rest and challenge, depth and lighthearted fun.
The Well is for YOU to engage in activities for your own wellbeing as a service provider in this field. It is not to learn new tools to use with the population you serve (although that may be a natural byproduct of attending).
Space is limited to 100 attendees to ensure each guest can be intentionally poured into, so register ASAP!
Tickets are $100, and the event is open to adults 18+.
(Not sure if The Well is right for you? Ask yourself these questions. Need to advocate to your supervisor for this time? Download our Justification Kit, which highlights why this conference is a valuable opportunity for professional growth and burnout prevention.)
WHY 24 HOURS?
Rescue Her has been on the frontlines of the anti-trafficking field for almost 15 years. In that time, we’ve learned that establishing consistent rhythms of rest is vital to remaining in this fight long-term.
While we love a good multi-day retreat or vacation, these 24 hours are specifically designed to help you incorporate weekly rest into your routine so that you can establish habits that help you thrive.
We want you to experience what it feels like to take 24 hours to disconnect from your work responsibilities and truly rest so that you can enter back into the work-week refreshed.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Expect interactive sessions (both corporate and breakout) where you will experience rest and being refreshed, not just learn about it.
Along with typical refreshing opportunities (good food, play, creativity, etc.), we also know that sometimes we need to work through hard things in order to truly experience rest. Therefore, we plan to incorporate breakout sessions that might challenge you a bit too!
To get the most out of these 24 hours, we highly recommend turning off your work phones, scheduling your out-of-office email, and starting your weekend early! Once you register, you’ll receive emails with tips from our team about how to best prepare for this time together so that your heart and mind are ready to receive.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Staff and volunteers on the frontlines of the anti-trafficking field (either directly or indirectly) who want to learn how to create sustainable rhythms of rest, be refreshed, and thrive long-term in this field. However, you don’t have to work at an anti-trafficking organization to attend. Nurses, law enforcement, church and other nonprofit staff/volunteers - we’re looking at you! If you’ve been on the frontlines of this field in some way, The Well is for you!
Please Note: This is NOT for awareness or education about trafficking. To learn more about trafficking, attend our Ordinary Abolitionist event. For any questions about this event, email us at thewell@rescueher.org.
